Redrilling wheels

Has anyone ever had to have wheels redrilled. I have a friend that has some wheels that he will sell me for 300 but the lug pattern is 4x114.3 and i am just wondering how safe it is, as well as how expensive it is? Anyone who knows anything please respond. I am tired of rolling on blades.

what kind of rim are you looking for i am in the market for some blades. got a get of montigi 17 s they are a five star style
