any suggestions on a replacement?

Ive been lookin into buyin one, thinkin its just for looks. Whats the diff between weighted and non-weighted?!

shift throw is shorter, people like them people dont. I dont like them because i cant feel it go into gear alot of the time. Weighted knobs vs non weighted:
the weighted ones give you a better feel of the car going into gear.

My set up:
OEM shifter
Circuit hero Weighted knob
Circuit Hero shift Extender
