Rear caliper removal?

Okay, im painting my calipers and im trying to get the back two off. I already have the two bolts with the rubber boots off, but they arent budging at all still, what am i missing? Another thing, ive heard that you are supposed to sand the caliper down before painting, is this true?

There are 2 more bolts to take off, I think they're 14 mm. Look behind there and you'll see 'em.

You want to sand them down to get all the grease, sand, dirt and whatever other road grime is on there. Pointless to paint a dirty caliper.

okay another thing i noticed, in the link tisguy had the guy painted the bar that goes around the caliper, is that suppposed to be painted as well, cause on the picture of the kit i bought it doesnt have that peice painted.

Would it matter what grit sandpaper?
