Rear bumper

I'm sorry if this has been brought up but my rear bumper, I need to tighten it. Long story short some fucking moron jumped on the rear bumper and it's hanging a little low. I told the dude if he stripped the bumper he's buying me a new one and he told me to call a lawyer and I will.

So where are the bolts to tighten it up and see if it's stripped? I'm pissed.
