Rear Bumper

ok so i just got a 98 rear and i removed mine fine but now the 98 rear bumper isnt as flush as i like has a gap has anyone had this problem while convertin 94 to 98 or have any pics to help out show how to properly install it and make it flush ??

There's four nuts on the inside of the trunk, near the tail lights. You must push the bumper upward (making it flush) when tighten the nuts. Normally a two person job.

Yeah ya jus need to mess with it a Lil bit. Also the metal bracket piece that hooks your bumper up to your car may need to be adjusted too. Some shims may help out too.you can get em at any auto shop

When I got a 98-01 bumper for my 95 2 door, the body shop that put it on couldn't get it flush. There's a nasty gap between the rear bumper and the taillights, but the rest lines up fine.
