rear bumper question

i have a friend, he wants to change his 97 integra rear bumper to 98-01 rear bumper. does it just bolt on or what stuff do he need? thanks

bolts right up
ive been on this site for something like 2 days and i think ive seen this question asked 3 different times.
The front bumper also bolts right up but you need the 98-01 headlights and bumper lenses
