Radio Swap from 96 SE to 94 RS ?

What up guys. I have a question. I have a 94 RS integra and Im not really a fan of aftermarket stereos but im kinda wanting a CD/Cassette player and i found one that came on the 96 Special Edition integras. I was just wondering if the radio out of the 96 would fit in my 94. I have example pics here.

I know i will have to take the little pocket thing under the radio out also.

Also could i just hook it up as is or will there be different wiring? I dont kno that much about this stuff so help me out.

Idk about that setup but I have a 6 disc that mounts in the trunk that you might be able to connect to the back of that radio...You'd have to do some research but I highly doubt its going anywhere so let me know.
