Radio = Static

Radio has a choppy/static sound to it on some stations and I cant even get a couple stations... Any ideas on what to do?

Just got a new deck and a new underdash antenna... I had the same problem with my old antenna so???

Could it be a ground wire? If so which one? etc...

Do cd's or anything come in clear? Maybe the problem isn't exactly your radio.
My guess the antenna could be bad.. maybe power cables interfering with it.. (never heard of that..)

Hmm.. not really sure, those are just my guesses.

CD's and Ipod work fine its just the radio... has static on most and I can't get two stations, really want to fix it cuz its annoying - and I just got a new antenna cuz I thought that was the prob too

Is it plugged in to the back of the deck securely?
