I can get you started. Jack up the fron end of the car up with both tires off the ground. Unbolt the tire rod ends from the hub (I think that's whats called). Grab yourself a oil pan or you could drain the p/s fluid some other way. I think the nut's that are threaded into the rack is a 14mm, correct me if I'm wrong. Well, unscrew the lines and drain the fluid. Then unbolt rack from the frame.
