got in a collision last night, guy in a suburban ran a red like and nailed be on the front right passenger side sent me spinnin 3 times. totaled it with no full coverage on it =[ probably going to fizzle down to a "no fault " because no citation was given out at the scene. soo im fucked up and down now and have to drive a fucking slurpee as cavalier until i get money for a new teg =[ just thought id spread the word on the death of it, its got me pretty bummed out :cry:

Ugh liability sucks.

But the fact of the matter is, he hit you so he is at fault, which means his insurance should be covering it. The police aren't just going to let him get away with it. You've got his information? Get a copy of the police report(there is a report right?) and fax a copy to his company.

Sorry to hear it man, I lost my teg recently too.

good thing is dat your ookay i hope, sorry to hear about your accident heykosal's right..they should be at fault, i had an accident dis recent august..but it happen w/ a dog and 3 cars :p

there wasnt a citation given, they cannot justify whos fault it was since they were not there. i just wish my car wasn't gone, thats all i dont care about them, and my friend was jut in an accident a week ago in HIS car, he flipped his 3 times with 4 other people in the car. felt bad he went through two accidents in one week. =[

i was going to just sign the title over to where it got towed but a kid at school today told me he wants to buy it and hes gonna pay for the tow bill witch is 210 and he's giving me 350 for it also. so im gonna get all my sound system shit out and sellin it to em

theres a 1st gen dsm down the road a little for 1000 with a new clutch and tranny and its fact. turbo, i might just go get that since a grand wont be hard to reach ill have it in no time. but i wanna nother fckn integra mann =/

your friend was in the car with you? If so he can act as a wittness and testify to the fault of the other driver. Did anybody else in the intersection stop? GET THAT POLICE REPORT. If anybody else saw it and talked they can testify to whose fault it was too. Getting in an accident sucks, because you're traumatized but there is SO much to take care of. It's all about getting the details. Find out if there's a traffic camera on the intersection too, that might help you out if there was one. If anybody stopped to help out or talk that can really help you. Look into it before giving up. How are you feeling? Any pain? (even seemingly minor things can actually be pretty serious) Things might not show up for a few days, but sounds like you got smacked pretty good. Pay attention to that and FIND THAT REPORT.
