Okay, my mechanic said my ECU is "burnt out"
He doesn't know for sure though. ( Which is all kinds of whack)

What I wanna know is, are ECU's in Honda/Acuras Interchangeable?
Meaning, can I use an ECU from like a Civic Si 1999 and put it in my GSR Integra for temp?

Let me know soon please!

no they are't interchangable, the model / year / auto or manual / vtec or non vtec / obd1, 2a, 2b and so on, will play a big role.

whats the specs on your car?

HOWEVER, you can always run a modified p28 w/ a jumper harness in any civic and integra almost.

Si would work probably best if your car is a GS-R or a Type-R, since they both are DOHC VTEC and 5 speed. I say this because if you have a LS and you fill your tank with regular, then the ECU will detect that and will try and compensate for the unleaded fuel as if it had a VTEC motor.

SI ECU will make you run a little lean (P2T). P72 (gsr) or P73 (ITR) would be best for you. What year is your GSR?

yeah i would source a p72.. In all reality 300 bucks for the right ecu is a better route then running too lean and blowing your motor..
