questions on pricing

im currently going to buy a 1998 GS-R and i was wonderin if 8K was a good price fer the GS-R? (with a rebuilt engine, type R replica seats, dc headers, TEM springs, short shift, new clutch, remote alarm system, new AEM short ram intake, fresh paint) and the mileage is 125,000

its 125,000 miles guys! i think that's kinda expensive... that's just me.

i think it's a little over priced...talk him/her down to 7000...why was engine rebuilt(100k is OK for a honda )?

Personally, I wouldn't buy it for that much.

The engine has been rebuilt. Why? All receipts? All required maintance at scheduled times? And just personal preference, I wouldn't buy a car that's been modified. Sure, I'll modifiy it myself, but then I know what's been done and how well its been done.

if it was me, i would buy it for 6 because i want a GS-R thats modded.. How long ago was the engine rebuilt?

it was barely past the 100k mark....why the hell would you rebuild it after it that?

wow not good at all man no more than 7 w/ that many miles. I got my gsr w/ 91K on it for 6800

wow a rebuilt 98 GS-R with 125k thats just insane! That thing is prob not even rebuilt those are prob the original miles to the car. Yea 8k is pricey but hey its hard to get a cheap GS-R n e ways. That rebuilt thing don't sound right to me even 6k would be a bit much with that mileage unless the saler can prove the date of the rebuilt but its hard to trust ppl now.
