prices range from 300 to 400 for kits like Xendon depot, there are other kits, just depends on your price.
some kits are very simple to install...plug and play, some require you to hook up to your battery, some even requires you to slice and connect wires....but most all of them are plug and play.
comes with ballast and blubs and all the wires & zip ties you need. its very simple.

i paid $260.00 for a genuine hella 6k kit, complete plug and play, i'd say one of the best cosmetic mods i've done on my car period

I'm looking into HID retrofitting. HID kits are easier but it'll have a slight glare. Go to www.hidplanet.com and do research. If you want an easy "Plug & Play" system, go with what David is saying.
