[QUESTION] Speaker Quility Horrible, Unless....

Hello,

I have a 1999 Acura Integra LS.

I have a JVC CD deck, with two 6" JVC speakers in the doors, and 2 6X9 speakers in the rear. I have NO subs or an amp.

When I turn my speakers up, they go "in and out" unless I turn my lights on. Once my headlights are turned on, the speakers sound perfect.

Anyone know what may be causing this? Thanks in advance.

could be a ground problem, make sure when you install the speakers (everything for that matter) properly, solder, then heat shrink. this will stop wires touching the chassis and possibly causing grounding problems
