My car seems too idle sumwat low around 400rpms. So it starts to shake a lil. and you can see the steering wheel bobble up and down and my rear view. I changed the plugs and i have bigger wires, fresh oil change. is this because the engine is old and needs rebuilt? cuz if i give it a lil gas to like 600-700rpms the shake goes away. Any advice?

So it idles below the second thick line? The first marking after zero is 500rpm. There is no line for anything below that, so I guess you are estimating. I know you can adjust the idle on the 3rd gens through the FITV, but not sure if the 2nd gens have it.

Adjust the idle air control valve on your throttle body. It will let more air through so your idle will raise up. 600 rpms is a good spot.
