Hey guys my 92 integra is obd1 I just bought a b16 head and it didn't come with a dizzy can I use the dizzy of my car and put it on the b16 head?

You'd have to dogear the distributor you have to make it work.
What you should do is get an OBD1 Vtec distributor. You'll also need the rest of the conversion to Vtec.
