Question about power steering

how can i convert the rack to run without p/s? The rack I have now is shot because the previous owner removed all the p/s components and the rack is probably bone dry. help please!! haha I plan on buying a new rack once I found out how to run it without p/s

why don't you just by the oem ps stuff and run it with ps?

because the previous owner cut all the lines and removed everything, i was wondering if I could get a new rack fill it with fluid and block off the line holes with a bolt or something.
