Question about climate control and takatas

ok i bought a itr climate control and the blue and red lines for heat and cold air half little dashes in the them, so my questin is , is this 98+ cluster, and if so will it work will my 95 harness? and my questin about takatas is, i got set of them and dont know were they bolt down to? if any info about either, please dont hesitate

A lot of people bolt harnesses to the rear seat belt mounts.

ok i got the climate controll on, but does anyone know, do i need that harness bar or roll bar to inatll the takata's? i got the long verson so can i just bolt em to the sides of the seats and to the rear floor, like where the backseat seatbelts go?
