My buddy bought a 1991 Integra with a B18A1. The guy he bought it from said that the engine that's in it only has about 70,000 miles on it. I guess the old engine blew up and they got someone to swap this one in. It runs good, doesn't smoke or anything. My friend found an almost complete turbo kit for it and he's wanting me to help him put it on. I have a pretty good bit of experience with cars and turbo's, I have a '72 Datsun 510 that I swapped an SR20DET into. There were a couple of things that I was wondering about with this though. The turbo he got is a Garett T-25, it's oil and water cooled. The kit came with this piece that "sandwiches" between the oil filter and the engine and it has a couple of threaded holes that you can get oil from. So I know how to get the oil to the turbo. But for the return, would you just take the oil pan off, drill a hole in it and then weld in a fitting that you could put a hose on? And what about for the water going to and from the turbo? Where do you get it from and where does it enter back into the system? The "kit" he got came with 450cc injectors that the guy said came off of an eclipse I think, would those even fit on a B18? And I know he would need to upgrade the fuel pump, probably with a Walboro 255lph and I know it will have to be tuned, is there anything else I'm missing?
