Push start button always lit up, car won't crank

So I've literally searched for days and I decided that I'm going to have to make a thread to ask this question specific to my issue. I'm sure it's not very difficult but I'm stumped. In order to help explain myself, I've drawn a picture in Paint to explain the wiring job done. There are two wires that lead towards the direction of my kill switch, so I'm going to assume that they are both connected to the switch.

Car and other info:
96 Integra LS 5-speed
Push button start with "box" relay. (Not the normal Bosch relay)
Kill switch
Relocated battery (fused)
Relocated fuse box
No ignition cylinder
Must hold clutch to start

My problem is that my push start button always stays lit up, regardless of kill switch position. When I jump the starter to bypass the button and relay it will start just fine. But for whatever reason this just started happening and now I can't start my car without hot wiring. I found an unconnected wire coming from the 12v source of my fuse panel. In the same "port" is a wire headed towards my kill switch. They're together on the same connector. Look at the picture if you don't understand what I'm saying. All the other wiring seems normal and secure. I have not followed the 12v red wire (in diagram) or the orange wire (in diagram) from the 3 wires bundled together. (Grey, black/yellow, and yellow in diagram)

Thanks for the help. Let me know if you are confused or need any more info.
