problems starting car... need help

oooooook, so heres the problem... my car has trouble starting, once i put key in ignition and turn it over to the ON position, if the CHECK ENGINE light is on, the car WILL NOT START... but if the check engine light does not show up, it will start up instantly like a charm...
the car is a 93 b18a1. ive already had these parts replaced..
computer
ignition switch
main relay
fuel bump

Does the CEL stay on when u turn ignition to on position?

sometimes. if it stays on, the car will not start. but if it does not stay on / if the CEL light turns off the car will start.

kinda Sounds like a main relay problem
