Problem With Third Gear

:hi:OK so every Morning I start my car up and get ready to go to school. When i Shift from 2nd to 3rd gear it seems normal. But later through the day when i shift from 2nd to 3rd, the 3rd gear makes a sound like it hits some thing or goes in wrong. Does anyone know what the problem is??:what:

The infamous Honda 3rd gear grind. I sugguest you change your transmission fluid.
