problem with bov and external waste gate

I recently turbocharged my teg and im having problems with the wastegate and bov. i can't get the bov to release any of the pressure built up and it recirculates back through the turbo. im not sure if it's hooked up right to the wastegate and vaccum lines. the wastegate is a tial replica. it's got a port on the top and bottom.please if anyone has any info that would be helpful it would be greatly appreciated.

the routing to the BOV needs to be on the intake manifold side of the throttle body. and the wastegate can be from either side but the vacuum line must go to the bottom port.

yeah, you can connect the bov tot he vacuum line on the IM or brake booster
