j13 Keep It Clean Apr 25, 2010 #2 There seems to be something blocking the fluid from circulating thru the lines, rack, pump... Maybe do a flush and see what happens? Is your Power Steering Pump making any noise? Is it whining? Did you put to much fluid when you last changed it?
