Okay so I have a 1990 Integra thats lagging on power but after maybe 30-40 min I'll get the full power , I was thinking that maybe I might be my timing thats causing the issue but it also feels like it could be restricted exhaust. . Not sure where to go from here.
Sounds like the catalytic converter is bad; they won't flow when they're cold, once it heats up it starts flowing freely again. Get it replaced and the problem should be solved. If you want to check it, just unbolt your exhaust from the header and see if the problem subsides.
