since there are probably less then a handful of DAs running around my area and a whole whack of DC2s and DC5s... so my best bet would be go to the wreckers to try my luck... but........

i was wundering if there are any parts that are pretty much interchangeable/plugin play, that wont require any or very little mods that are easy to do without much tools... for tools ive only got the basic kit (mostly household tools)

stuff like suspension, exghust, front seats, brakes and so on..

is there a list or website maybe someone here has that can share with me..

seats and brakes yes, exhaust no, but possibly suspension. not really sure. not a whole lot is interchangable with the two cars other than like interior pieces or engine stuff since they both have virtually the same motor.

The seat rails are different. The suspension can be used if you modify the DC drop forks to clear the cv when the steering wheel is turned to the locks. I don't recommend doing it if you don't have to.

Small list of parts that are interchangeable between DC2/4/ DB and DA/DB2/DB
struts and springs ( Like mentioned before by BrokenTalon27)
rear lower control arms,
rear camber kits,
rear strut bars
tranny, Hydro mounts needed for DA
starter
alternator
distributor( obd,obd1,obd2)
Header,
motor( obvious)
shift linkage,
brakes
shifter( some people like the dual bend DC shifters on the DA)
steering wheels.
Ecu with appropriate jumper harness.
lots of other crap that could be mentioned but I'm forgetting.
DA and DC chassis's are very similar in suspension structure, with some distinct differences up front. about 905% of After market parts that will bolt on to a DC will bolt on to a DA with the exception of a few strut bars and things like that. feel free to add to the list since i Know i left some stuff out.

92-95 Integras are OBD1. So you don't need a jumper harness to put like say a 95 GSR motor into a 92 Integra.

It's very uncommon for parts to be interchangeable between one generation and the next.

Putting an exhaust from a DC onto a DA requires a little modding but it can be done. The exhaust i bought for my DA came from a 98 GSR i got a hollowed DC2 cat for now, Buddy Club Spec 3 mid pipe and a custom bent axle back. When i installed it on my DA i had to cut ~2-3" from the resonator pipe so that the hanger by the rear lca could line up. Another thing about the exhaust i put on my DA is the hanger for the resonator pipe was back ~2-3" too far but it got cut off and moved to the right spot on the piping when i replaced the poorly welded resonator delete with a Cherry Bomb glass pack.
