Please Help Meeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys, this is only my second posting but i just bought my 96 integra and the check engine light is on cuz the previous owner swapped an LS into it. when i plug the scanner into it. it says a misfire on cylinders 1 2 3 and 4. please help!!!!!!!!! i cant get a sticker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well looks like something is messed up lol, that blows, well it could be a number of things i would check spark plug order first sinces it all 4 cylinders back firing, but is the car still drivable or dose it just die or run like poop

more details lead to better answers
what have you checked so far?

that could b alot of things lol but yer i agree with spody02, get yourself a haynes manual and check the right spark plug wire route.

i mean it runs. but when it idles its got a little popping sound. it seems to drive just fine. ive had a complete tune-up done to it. the previous owner said it was the distributor??

and im not sure about the ecu i havent checked it out yet. like i said i just got it about two three days ago and the owner before me said that it had a tuned ecu. whihc could mean alot of things. ill make sure to get that info for you guys.

so its an OBDII p72? Well there's your problem right there, if you've got an LS it should be P75 I believe..

WAIT WHAT?!?!?! damn thats backwards thinking. i was wondering why he said LS swap...i thought it was just a newer motor

no, the owner said it was a p72 ecu. the car is a 96 integra ls it came with an LS stock. but he swapped in another LS

he also said it was the distributor that was making the check engine light go on.. any thoughts on that???
