Those are painted hub caps that I just took off the car today.. rollin on the stock steelies..
The harness.. not sure yet which way I want to go.. either get a harness bar and wrap them around the stock seat that way. or get some ITR style seats and go that way.. I have yet to decide. however the previous owner was nice enough to completely remove the stock seat belt on the drivers side. (DOUCHE BAG)
the bottom parts below the radio is 3 switches..
1 to run the front neon in the grille
1 to run the rear neon behind the back seat
1 to run the fog lights
As for the strips.. they will go once I get a new fender.. They were painted on and I don't want to ruin what the paint looks like now over those.
The car could use 2 front fenders and a front bumper and lip.
I just bought this car Saturday.. I have yet to do anything to it besides remove 11 stickers, instal my deck, give it a tune up and oil change, remove the hub caps and wash it.

neons are gone, fogs are gone. I painted the "integra" on the bumpers black.. I think the car looks quite well..
