Parts needed for auto to stick conversion?

could anyone help i need a list on pieces to do my auto to manual conversion on my teg thanks guys
ps i am sure this has been written three million times before but i couldn't find it thanks guys and gals

I found this..... http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1337459 its a write up on how to do an auto - manual swap in a 97 civic.. should give you a good idea of what you would need.
