Paint Question

I have a question,i just recently purchased my teg its a 94 and the paint looked pretty dull,but my buddy used his buffer and the whole car looks almost new.Except the front bumper,it still looks like its fading a little bit or it needs polished or something.I cant figure out if it needs re-painted or if i can just to something to it to make it look better.thanks

you can paint it a dark gunmetal/bronze look...mang that shit looks crazy, i would paint my car that color but i'm fine wit the white paint i got, but i'ma paint my rims dark bronze...\

but when ur paint is fading, not much u can do but just paint it a different color, thats the best excuss there is to repaint ur car.
