Overheating

Hello everyone, got a problem. So car over heats, first thing I checked was putting paper clip into ECT plug and both fans come on , then took out ECT and put in hot water and has continuity when it was hot, put it back in, drove it. Fans do not come on, lower radiator hose was cold and upper was red hot,. Then took both upper and lower hoses off and put garden hose into top, water comes pouring out the bottom. Next took out thermostat and it starts opening up around 170 or so and opens up all the way as temp gets hotter. Tried to bleed system as to the factory way, no need to explain, no air comes out and water does not come out of bleeder very far ? Water pump ? Im baffled here. There is no loss of coolant and no signs of coolant weeping out of water pump. Im going to run it with the thermostat out and see if that does anything, so with it out should both hoses heat up approx the same time and temp ? This is just for checking if the water pump has failed Im not going to leave it like that. Acura Integra GS 1.8 manual
