One F*ck'd up teg.

Okay, just so some of you know, I am on a tight budget. So this build is going to be a very long build. Well i got my car on August 19, 2009 and I picked it up for dirt cheap. It has salvage title and had a rice body kit. At that point I really didnt care if it had a salvage title or a rice body kit. Oh and some info on the car itself, its a 1998 GS, 5 speed, 2 Door, Stock B18B1. But we got it anyway... These pictures are gonna be in order























I went from red bumper to white because the red one didnt have the corner light brackets so I found one and I traded the guy my bumper + 10$ cash. The same day i got that white bumper I bought a type-r lip and fogs. the fogs aren't wired in yet because the owner before me got in an accident and chopped the front headlights to 94-97 and had the 98 wiring so he spliced some wires. and when i went to wire the fogs in last night i figured out that the fog light wiring isnt going to work with the 98 wiring. But then again I got the china made fogs? anyone care to show me how you wired up your china fogs?

Decent start so far man. Massage some of those body panels to see if you can get 'em lined up better. Also, maybe it's just the pics but it looks like the front end isn't straight or level, or something weird. Was there frame damage from the salvage?

Well the front bumper is only held on by the top 5 bolts :/ i havent had the chance to get more bolts for the fender-to-bumper bolts yet. But i got a question, since i have 94-97 front on a 98 (i think i have 98 headlight wiring) are the wiring for 94-97 different than 98-01? Because i wanna get the black housing halo projectors but I dont wanna buy them and have the same problem with my fogs..

all the same except headlight housing is bigger on 98

Don't waste your money on those lights IMO. Fix your car all the way first.

Nice teg man.. I mean it needs alot of work but keep at it and keep posting pics and we will continue to be yoru positive reinforcment.

so the wiring for the headlights are all the same from 94 to 01? well if so, then im gonna return these fogs and get some real ones... on the first step to installing those, i had to connect a female connector into a male connector (brown plug) and the wiring i had on the fogs was a male.
