oil pump help!!!!!!

I have a b18a ls/vtec i am building. Can i use any year type r oil pump? Will any year fit? And what water pump should i use? Thank you for your help

yes you can use type-r oil pump. the water pump will be depending on wich timing belt you use. cant remember exactly but ls has x amount of teeth like 20 and the vtec pumps have 22 teeth. or viseversa you can figure that out if you search. but you have to use the right timing belt.

use itr or gsr everything.....oil pump, WATER PUMP AND T BELT.

I don't believe the year matters. The only thing that does is keeping it all the same as 8urcivic said.
