Oil on the Plug Cap?

So Ive noticed when I pulled out my plug caps from my engine, that there is Oil on the outsid of them, and going left to right down the four caps, there is a reduction in the amount of oil on the plug caps. My friend offered me the idea that there could be something with the valve seals, but I wanted to ask the general population for ideas :D

Oil on the plug wires, visible by looking down the spark plug tubes?

That would be because of the Spark Plug tube seals. They can be bought in a valve cover gasket kit or separately. Take the valve cover off and replace them. Simple replacement.
