Oil on my spark plugs, why?

ok so i found the where my sprak plug sit is covered in oil like my pluges where sitting in oil, we know that it is not coming in from the cylinders cuz that part that sends the spark is dry,now i am changeing the valve cover gasket in hopes that that fixes it. if it doesn't could someone tell me soem suggestions as to what it might be. i not to good with motors. but that is what my friend thinks it might be.

the spark plugs have there own gaskets too. change all 4 of those.

yeah that comes with the valve case gasket

ok so i chaged that gasket and me and my friend thinks that's what it was.

but now i am trying to find out what block to go with to make a motor, i am thinking the B18C1 to start off with. then putt Type R heads and cams in if that will work(if you know it won't work plz tell me what the best cams to go with).
