Oil Amount?

Hey guys Im gonna change my car's oil for the first time but I dont have the manual, can someone tell me how much oil Acura recommend? Also it is 5w30 right that what the cap says, but the guy in autozone said 10w30 I have a 2001 gsr can someone clarify this for me as well? Thanks!

5.1 U.S. quarts (4.8 liters) refill capacity including filter
