OBD0 Tune...

Okay, so I had my SAFC2 ripped out when my car got broken into last night.
I don't want another SAFC.

Mods done are as followed:
Port and Polished Head
5 Angle Valve Job
Crower Stage 2 Cams
Crower Dual Spring Valve Springs
Crower Titanium Retainers
Crower Stainless Steel Valves
Crower Adjustable Cam Gears
ARP Headstuds
DC Sports 4-2-1 Header
Flowmaster Exhaust
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Walbro 255 High Volume Fuel Pump
AEM Fuel Rail
9MM Spark Plug Wires

How would I go about getting a good tune for it?

Personally, I would start by converting to OBD1

If not, the best thing IMO that is compatible with OBD0 is Zdyne
