nyc dmv inspection help!

I have a 92 integra gs that has s salvage title. My car has a b18a1 motor nd a a1 tranny. Is there a way to find out if the was the motor that came with the car? So i can pass the vin inspection. I dnt think this year came with vin plates on the motor

I believe it goes like this.....
90-93 B18A1
94-97 B18B1
98-01 B18C1 or C5

I could be wrong hope that helps

2nd gen has the b18a1 or b17
3rd gen has the b18b1 or b18c1 or b18c5

I thought the 87-89 had the B17

Yeah I'm pretty sure. Either way you have the engine you're supposed to
