I'm gonna get a header soon and I want to know what would be the best one for me.
I want to have great peak horsepower because I race a lot.
I've read the other forums on the 4-1, 4-2-1, etc, but I want to know whats the best brand for me.
I have an AEM V2 CAI, and I also have a t1r 63s catback exhaust with a test pipe.

Right now i am planning on going all N/A. I'm not too sure what else I'll do to it. prolly cams, cam gears, etc. just the regular stuff.

I know there are a lot of really expensive headers and i'm looking for one that is round 1g so that i can get it for a good price round 600 or so. so is a hytech system outta the picture for my budget? and is the fake versions of this really bad or are they halfway good n e ways? thanks

People have their opinions on the replica HyTech headers. I happend to own a real HyTech and its amazing. This topic is a big one on ITRCA.COM. 99% of the people on their say that there is nothing like the real deal. Now if those replica headers were "OK" or were "HALF AS GOOD" why would you want a header that makes power thats half as good as the real thing. I want the best for my ITR and I dont cut corners on that. Not trying to be an ass I just dont trust those type of parts LOL

I personaly dont get how just some JOE BLOW can just go and make a replica header that I am pretty sure HyTech has a process for to get the quality and performce out of, right out of their garage and say they do exactly what the real deal does.

Now their basic header starts at $850 +. The one I bought was the custom header for my ITR and those start out at $1300 +. I had two of them at one time and sold one and installed the other to my car. The header that I sold was for $1000 and it was brand new and that still wasnt what I wanted to sell it for.
