Noob here i have a 1991 integra and my car has been over heating. I have changed the tstat, cooling temp sensor and the relay for the fan. When i drive the car in the freeway it doe not over heat but when i drive it in the street the temp gauge needle will start to move up and also the fan doesn't kick in until 3/4 of the temp gauge. Please need help

First things first, bleed the radiator to check if there is any air bubbles. If it is a steady flow of antifreeze with no bubbles then let your car cool take the radiator cap off and start the car and see if you have a steady stream flow moving through your radiator. If not I suggest you replace your waterpump. You will need to also swap out your timing belt and adjust the timing.

make sure the water pump isnt leaking. there should be a couple weep holes you can check that from.

Definitely replace your thermostat first. Don't bother testing the old one and just replace it. You can get a new one for around $20 dollars. Even if that is not it, what can it hurt. The thermostat was what my problem was. You can also check your oil to see if the antifreeze is mixing. It will look kind of milky; if it does that it could be your head gasket. Try simple then work complex.
