hey guys i just wired my front speakers to my amp today and my speakers are picking up my throttle and idle. Its wired from the head unit through the center console, under the carpet, under the passenger seats and then to my amp. Is there a way to make it so my speakers dont pick up my throttle and idle? Thanks

Real Good!
make sure the RCA's are as far as possible from the power wire
make sure your rca's on the back of the deck are not touching metal

is it making when the vehicle is off?
what kind deck is it? not a pioneer is it?

my rca's run down my driver side and my power runs down my passenger side, and it only does it when my deck has power to it, and i have an alpine cde-122. im also splitting my rca's in the back because my head unit is only a 2 channel

try taking off the splitter and just hooking up the rca's to the mids/highs amp

mine did it when it was on only with the engine, off it didnt make any noise
another thing you can double check your grounds on the deck
what i did to fix it on my deck was to ground out the rca's like this....

this is the noise it was making, with this one turned out to be the rcaharness on the back was loose(the small pins)

its just a matter of trouble shooting, because theres a few different things that could cause it, these are the most common so hopefully one of them helps ya
