Noob alert in need of guide

Okay so first my right front fender gets it when a jackass in a parking lot backs into me leaving a large dent on the right front portion of the fender.
then about a month later the left front fender gets smashed when for lack of better tires i slid over a road marker, leaving a gigantice dent on the entire rear portion of the fender creating a large gap between the door and tearing up the fender well.

first off, where do i buy a new fender well?
second, I'm ordering up some new fenders from passwordJDM with side markers and a wiring kit for them which i assume is not a difficult starter project?
and third, do i just take off the fenders from the bay and inside the wells or is it more than that? and how do i wire the lights?

1. the only place i have ever seen them is at acura and they charge like 50 bucks each side
2. not hard at all, it comes with a wiring kit, its just a + and - wire and you can splice it off the conor lights or blinkers just depending on if you want them on all the time when you turn the lights on, when it blinks or what
3. correct me if i'm wrong, but last time i had to take my fenders off, i took off the front bumper then there is like 3 10mm bolts on the top, 1 on the inside of the door, 2 under the side skirts, and like 3 on the weird black piece inbetween the bumper and the fender, this is if you have a 98 up integra, not sure if the 94-97 is different, i think its a two piece bumper and might be different

How hard would a bumper dissassembly and reinstall be for an amateur?
So how do i access the one behind the door? is it in the well?
