I went to go start my 1990 integra GS this morning, and for the first 2 seconds everything was normal, but then all the sudden I got no dash lights, crank, or start. It was like the battery wasn't even in the car. So now I turn the key and nothing happens at all, no beeps or dash lights or anything. I checked the battery and battery fuse and they were fine. It's been running really well up until this morning.. The only thing I've found is that fuse 18 (powers pgm-fi main relay, ecu and icu) has a 15 amp fuse in it, when it's suppose to be 7.5. I've noticed only one time that the icu was beeping, but it was completely random and sounded weak. Did I blow the ecu? Please help!! I don't hear anything when I turn the key either, like the fuel pump or main relay

Recent changes, I added a large ground wire from a intake manifold bolt to the clutch cable bracket on the tranny.

Sounds like a blown fuse but more likely just a dead battery. Try jumping the battery from another battery/car/charger.

The battery is solid though, it's only 3 months old. And when I went to start it for the first couple of seconds everything was normal, all the dash lights and everything came on, and they were bright. I've already checked every fuse and they were all fine

Everything was normal then the dash just randomly stopped working.. It has a new ignition too.

Dont tell me the battery is solid just bc its 3 months old. Put a volt meter on the battery before you claim that its good. Perhaps a terminal came off the battery. Obviously if you lost electrical power its either a fuse or no juice.

Then start tracing the voltage. See if you get 12v at the ignition switch, the distributor etc.
