No power when key is in ON position?

Hey guys,

The problem I'm having is that there is no power when I turn the key is in the ON position. The lights on the dash flash on once then turn off.

Some other info:
1990 Acura Integra GS
I recently changed the ignition switch.
I checked all fuses and they are good.
The battery has power. (just bought it)

If you need any other info/pics, just let me know.

Brand new. Bought it and installed same day. After I installed it, it started right up.

The next day, though, I started having these issues. Don't have the faintest idea what it could be....
