No Power to ICM

I have no power to the Ignition Control Module in my 91 Integra...

Is there any other reason beside a bad coil that I can check?

I perform a test and resistance at coil is good...

When I checked for power to the ICM there's a reading of 0.4 instead of +12 V

could be a bad ICM...

I usually just replace the whole distributor when something goes in there rather than dick around with ICM & Coil troubleshooting...

Aftermarket distributor parts are very hit or miss as far as longevity in my experience
