Could be one or many. I would do a leakdown test and look/listen for the air escaping before throwing lots of money at it.
Bad headgasket is leaking around those two cylinders
Compression rings are bad on the pistons
You have a terribly bent valve
Your valve guides are super worn
You actually dropped a valve (The head broke off and is bouncing around in the combustion chamber)
