no accessory power or power to heater fan

Hi, my cousin has a 93 Integra. Recently he changed the ignition switch in his car. Whenever he did this he said he didn't disconnect the battery and when he was putting the new switch in he saw it arc. Whenever he finished doing this he no longer had power going to his radio or a.c./heater controls. I've checked all his fuses and even had him get a new switch and I installed it. Still the same problem. Is there a fuseable link or something like that that I'm missing? Any feedback would be appreciated, its pretty cold out here and he's a pizza delivery driver, lol.

are you sure you checked all the fuses? Pull the accessory fuse and see if its burnt. if it is everything you listed wont work, they are accessories.

Its a fuse forsure. Happened to me. Are you sure you checked the main backup fuse under the hood? And the fuses under the driver side dash. 1 for fan relay and another for the radio ithink
