No a/c, no heat

I purchased a 94 Integra RS this weekend and I was told that the heater fuse needs to be replaced. First question is where is that fuse located under the dash, I dont have a fuse diagram on the fusebox (sticker mustve feel off). Next question, if the heater fuse is popped would my a/c also not work? Because I didnt think they ran off the same fuse anyways.

The a/c and heat controls inside the car dont have any back lighting, could the problem be with the controls? To me that seems more obvious is all the controls are running off one mechanical piece or all off one circuit.

I just hope this heater problem is an easy fix because its supposed to start snowing tomorrow and I dont want to freeze my ass off. (I obviously have no heat, and the moonroof was broken into and the guy covered it with a clear bag and a million pounds of RTV sealant on the roof.

What exactly is not working? No blower? Does the AC light come on when you have the button engage and the blower fan on?

My car had a bad blower in it which lead to no heat, ended up needing to replace the blower motor under the dash.

If you're not getting the fan to come on, start by testing to see if you're getting voltage at the blower when you turn the fan switch on. It's located behind the glove box to the right, you can see it when you look up under the dash, big round metal plate with 3 screws holding it in and a 2 conductor wire plugged to it.

is there any evidence of the dashboard being removed? the person that took it off may have not plugged something in

Not really there is white wrap over the vents, the center console was painted white and just a stereo install. But I don't believe the person was smart enough to remove the dash, the car was "modified" like crap lol nothing works properly and the body wasn't treated to great either. I got my hands full on this project car

Well I just removed the blower motor to see if the fins on it were clogged. But still nothing..

Alright so its been a month and theres snow everywhere and freezing weather. I replaced to 40a blower fuse for sh*ts and giggles and resister because my buddy had a new set he bought but never used and still nothing. I have no power to the blower motor, I checked the underhood relay to make sure its functioning and it works.

Anyone know where the ground is for the blower motor? My light died as i was following it in the middle of the night and i gave up before I could get to the ground location. Im debating on just running a toggle straight up to the blower motor till I find the problem. I know its an electrical issue but i cant find out what exactly the problem is.

Any advice/help would be welcomed!

on the drivers side near the dead pedal (might have to take it out along with the lower half of the dash) there is a bolt with like 5 or 6 grounds attached to it. these grounds are the only location for the front in-car wiring that i know of (recently stripped 2 of my integras to the firewall up front for wiring)

Found out that my 7.5 fuse under the dash wasnt recieving power, (fuse testers dont notice voltage). So after checking again with a test light I noticed that I wasnt recieving power to the fuse at all. I then jumped from one fuse to the 7.5 so that i still have a fuse to keep the parts safe. Its just a temp fix till I find out if the wiring is cut/removed or whatever the problem might be.

Everything now works which is extremely useful!
