Nitrous engagement question

sooo, i never really understood this, but how exactly does a dry kit engage? WOT is all I know. So basically you mash on the gas and it engages, what about button systems? are there ways to have it engage at certain places at certain levels? do people ever use nitrous systems for road racing, or anything other than drag? sorry for all the questions, but I need this cleared up once and for all. thanks in advance

WOT is just another way to install the button. You can basically have it where ever you want it. if you want it on WOT or on the button.

I'm pretty sure you can have a computer run the system to dump the nitrous in at different rpms, in different gears, or even at metered amounts. I'm not 100% sure on that one, but I don't see why not.

and nitrous can be used any where on any type of vehicle for instant power gains. For anyone looking for instant power, Nitrous is your best bang for your buck.

NOS (the brand) has a setup where you can set the spray at differnet intervals for different rpm's. That way you don't waste any spray and or reduce any wheelspin. There is also a tps setup that you can set what rpm you want the spray to engage, or only at wot. I suppose you could use spray for road racing but a wot or tps setup would be a must. You would also need your arming switch somewhere handy so you could seitch it on or off when needed.

i actually have an msd window switch for sale. it lets the nitrous come on and turn off at any rpm you want.
