Alright heres whats going on. I recently adjusted my valves in my 91 Rs to the following specs: .003 Intake .006 Exhaust. When I started the car it idled as if it were cammed out and real lopy. I preceded to drive it around the block to test it out and when i push the clutch to put the car in neutral and come to a stop the car stalls out during that process or just ildes real low. Also while driving the car was backfiring and the rear brakes locked up as well. However they did unlock after about 10 minutes. It did seem like power was being lost the more I drove it as well because it didnt have a good throttle response. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or solutions to wake me up from this nightmare

You went to far on your adjustments. You have to be real carefully when adjusting them its easy to get them over tighten. Done it a hundred times. Make sure that both valves are closed and that you are setting them on the very bottom of the lope of the cam. If you do it on the side you over tighten. That's the problem with the motor your valves r floating and it might only be a couple. Best to keep a fraction of play in them and I think you can go to. 008 and 0012 when adjusting so don't go the tightest side.
